So I decided to try out 23a AKA 2d.

DWARVES ARE EVEN STUPIDER OMFG. He dug out a channel and failed to run fast enough to get out of the 1 BLOCK TALL CHANNEL.

My only miner.

EDIT: Thankfully, I managed to force him out by demanding he start digging.

Gad, I barely remember those days before levels existed. Maybe I ought to go back and play a bit, just to remind myself how good DF is now
