Artifact quests are now a thing. I got a quest to retrieve an artifact book and return it to a library. So I went to the place the book is supposedly located and now can't ask anyone about where it is. I can ask about a person/group/beast and bring up the rumor that the book has been taken, but nothing leads me to where it actually is.

Ask for directions and type in the name of the book. Should pop up.
