So I figured out how to make animals spit webs like giant cave spiders in version 44.

BUT! I can't figure it out in 28.40D. 

I have tried adding [WEBBER][THICKWEB][WEBIMMUNE] to dogs, can't really see any other tags that deal with webs that would let them shoot webs.  Is there anything else I'm missing? 

I dunno... maybe it would just be easier to make giant cave spiders [COMMON][DOMESTIC] with a low enough petvalue to purchase a few for embark?

EDIT:
Hmmm..  without making any changes yet, I've noticed some migrants and merchants are wearing Dog Silk clothing, so the dogs can make silk in the world, they just don't know how to spit it as an attack like giant cave spiders, hmm.
