Is there a way to do the DFHack markdown command on all dwarves?
« on: December 16, 2017, 04:50:23 pm »

Recently I've been streaming Dwarf Fortress for me and a group of friends. One of the great pasttimes ive found is to export every single dwarf (who i have nicknamed to my friends) to a markdown file using the `markdown` command and make them available on a git repository, allowing folks to browse through their dwarves and show them how their views on the world are.

While this is obviously highly fun, I'd like to ask if there is a way to export all dwarves to markdown with the filename based on their nickname. That way I can both easily update the repository and show the live thoughts of every dwarf after the stream.

I understand if it isn't possible or if the use case is a bit too specific, but I'd love for this to be available if at all possible.

don't take the above seriously. This is actually a pretty helpful group of people. Welcome to the insane asylum.
