RAW defined necromancer

I made full-powerful necromancer (for testing purposes temporary called "wizard"). But this secret not really work. Firstly, world have no necromancer towers, but have wizards. When I read slab in AM, DF write about all five acquired powers, but in x exist only "Animate corpse" and even it has not work. What may be wrong in code?

I fix this issue, now necromancer powers work ol korekt. But how add ability to raise ghosts by DFhack?
