Alright, I'm now working on the deep one hybrid sheet. I'm aiming for an eldritch knowledge guy without being a spellcaster.
Somewhat WIP sheet, will probably continue editing later.

Position: WIP (I'll need ideas for this. "Trusted semieldritch entity?" "Ex-cultist informant?" "Deep One diplomat and translator"?
Appearance: Douglas is fat and a bit short, and of course he has the classic "Innsmouth Look". He has a bald and slightly narrow headthat used to have gray hair. Abnormally small ears, bulging bright green eyes and noticeable neck folds.
History:
Douglas Marlowe was born in Innsmouth around the year 1940. His father told him that his mother was from a rich family, and when she died he inherited the fortune. With the money, his father hired many tutors and teachers to educate him on various subjects. He lived for most of his life in his mother's family mansion with his father, where he received a high class upbringing. Every birthday, his father would bring him to the beach, where he would tell him many interesting stories about the "fishface men" or Deep Ones and his mother. They would continue talking until it was late and return home before midnight.
On his 11th birthday, he remembers he asked his father why their eyes were so different. His dad eyes were dull and blue, while Douglas had bright and green eyes.
"You have the eyes of your mother, son."
This birthday was different than the rest, though. They didn't leave the beach and midnight arrived. And under the moon's light, a figure emerged from the water. At first, Douglas was scared and confused. But after he looked again to confirm that the crature was real and he wasn't dreaming, he noticed the big, bulbous eyes of the fishface man. Or in this case, woman.
"Mom?"

His father later told him the full story: He used to be member of one of the cults of
Innsmouth, in which he meet his mother. The cult worshipped the entities known as Father Dagon and Mother Hydra, and did sacrifices and rituals to the gods. This cult was a branch of what used to be the cult known as "The Esoteric Order of Dagon". But, unlike the original cult and it's multiple branches, they didn't sacrifice sentient beings.
The Deep Ones and the Humans exchanged resources that were common for one part and were needed by the other, like fish and gold in exchange of surface instruments and materials. Apparently, most of their cities were destroyed and they lacked the resources to rebuild. Their gold was worthless and only used in art pieces and artifacts they had abundance of, and wasn't useful for rebuilding. So, the Deep Ones would interact with the cult members and engage in trade and worship of the gods they shared for mutual benefit.
It was in this cult in which Douglas father meet a priestess of Mother Hydra, his future mother. They quickly fell in love and Douglas was too young for his father to explain the rest. The reason she dissapeared for such a long period of time was because she was busy with both the rebuilding and staying hidden from their enemies. She didn't specify what the threat was or who their enemies were, but it probably was for the best.
After that fateful encounter, Douglas parents would reunite every full moon and started teaching him eldritch knowledge. His father told him legends about the gods Dagon and Great Old One Cthulhu, the various cults on Innsmouth, his hybrid status, etc. Her mother teached her the language of the Deep Ones, about the goddess Hydra, stories of the cities of the Deep Ones, etc. They continued to participate in the cult and Douglas also joined them in the cult gatherings. He even participated in some rituals and sacrifices and got the chance to communicate with some Deep Ones from other parts of the world.
Douglas learned a lot about the Deep Ones and their culture thanks to his mother, and when he became 18 he moved to Arkham to study at the Miskatonic University. He never hears of his family and Innsmouth again. He continues his studies there for many years until he decides to join the Delta Green in the 1970 after he heard it was in need of an eldritch specialist with knowledge of the Deep Ones. The opportunity to stody and learn more about the eldritch was too good to ignore.
Personality: Douglas is grumpy and quick to anger, especially when talking with people he doesn't know or talk about things he doesn't understand. He enjoys eating fish and seafood. He likes fishing and swimming, and dislikes (human) people because of his deep one half. He also loves studying and learning eldritch lore, and his curiosity knows no bounds.
