Lazy Mac Pack v 0.44.05 Selective Crash
« on: March 28, 2018, 02:41:47 pm »

I've jumped through the hoops of getting the new LMP, dragging my savefiles over from my old version of DF, replacing the SDL library like the wiki page suggests, and so on. I finally boot up the new version, try to open a file, and it immediately crashes. However: my first save slot opens just fine while savegames 2-4 cause a crash. Anyone else experience this or can guess what's going on? :-\

I'm wondering how up-to-date that wiki page is. I do not think you should be replacing the SDL library in the 64-bit versions of Dwarf Fortress. The bundled 64-bit libraries seem to be pretty good.

There's a SDL file that can make the green maximize button not crash the game in newer versions of macOS, but that has the side effect of messing up Dwarf Fortress' native full-screen option.
