And the giant kea is logically very bloodthirsty. Like the giant kea that strangled a herbalist to death with a wing based chokehold and flew away without stealing anything.

My avatar shows the reason.

Yes.  Just like in real life, these 2 pound birds will just *know* when you've left your 125 pound anvil outside and will immediately fly off with it.

Thankfully, real kea have shown no evidence of latent psychokinetic abilities thus far.

I know people who have lived in NZ. They can confirm that keas are bastards.

Also, if you ever figure out why poets/bards/dancers just randomly start butchering people/getting butchered, please don't fix it, I love never knowing when a dance party will turn into a slaughter.

If we do, they need to have a preference for refuse piles; picking up rotting bits and bobs, and dropping them all over the place from altitude. (and being relentless about doing so.)

Engraved on the floor is a well-designed image of a kobold and a carp.  The kobold is making a plaintive gesture.  The carp is laughing.

Why do keas show up in so many biomes anyway?  Shouldn't they be restricted to tropical forests?
