New patch, which files do I replace?

Now that the new bug fix patch is out, and I'm playing a DF with raw changes (I know the newest patch doesn't change raws) which files should I copy?
Do I need to copy the data folder? I'll leave inis alone ofc. What is the minimal amount of file replacement needed ?

#1: Take your old raws/inis
#2: Check the new file_changes.txt if anything was altered in the files with your stuff
#2b: Make said changes by hand
#3: Put old raws/inis into new DF package
