If put near a dragon, it will slowly turn into a statue of a whole dragon, rather than just its head. The dragon will slowly be reduced to just a head, however. Putting more, non-only-a-head dragons near it will cause it to develop more additional statue bodies also sprouting from the neck, with the dragons being reduced to mere heads.
It will end up looking like a reverse hydra, and the head-dragons will be displeased.

This is accomplished through minuscule  particles know as “Drachyons”, they also look like sculpted dragon heads.
