Crabapples

I have found nothing about crabapples yet, to my understanding, they can be brewed into Applejack.  There, are in fact, many types of apples.  So maybe I am being picky....but I want Applejack!

They're smaller and have a different taste (more sour I believe but don't know that for a fact).

I believe its the fact that they wear discarded shells as armor, and other apples don't- but I might be wrong.
