(Do you mind if I post some suggestions anyway?  Freddie's kinda incapacitated, but there may be a few things I'd like to add, for general purposes.)

I came up with a list of healing items with dumb twists.

-Poison straws: Magical straws that can be inserted in the veins of any creature with blood to suck out any harmful liquids (like poison) from their bloodstream and transfer them to the one sucking it out. Basically transfering poisons from one person to another.

-Potion of crystalskin: Temporally gives the drinker a strong crystalized body. Resists all damage, especially elemental damage. Makes the drinker vulnerable to blunt strenght, and after a certain amount of any type of damage it's absorbed by a specific body part, it completely shatters into unusable shards. No-selling attacks until someone throws a pebble at you and you break like glass.

-Mind jar: Special jar designed to contain the mind of anything inside, if you have the means to transfer the mind out of a brain and storing it inside the jar as if it was a physical thing. Can then be poured on anything to give it the mind stored inside, so remember to close the jar if you don't want to accidentaly spill it and having the floor suddenly gaining a personnality.

-Potion of extra life: It's effects take place 3 hours after being drinked. If the drinked dies or receives critical wounds during those 3 hours, their body is fully healed (and they come back to life) exactly 3 hours after the potion was drinked. Otherwise, they explode due to excess of life energy, as their vital energies reach too high levels for their bodies.

-Potion of emergency limbs: Gives the drinker an extra limb, if they are missing one. It can be any limb, from hands to wings. If the drinker isn't missing any limbs, it replaces an existing one with a random limb. It can create or change heads, but will never leave the drinker with less than one head or replace the head with a limb without a brain.

-Soul rock: An oval shaped rock that can contain souls if you kill someone with it and it physically deals the finishing strike. The bigger the rock, the more souls it can contain, breaking the rock releases all of the souls with a large blast, with the possibility of them inhabiting suitable containers like soulless bodies or other artificial vessels.

gonna have to give explanations for these. Just giving names of things doesn't really help much, especially if I don't know what they are supposed to be

interesting, if expensive, items. The scribe you babble at scribbles furiously, brows knitted, muttering to himself.

I'm assuming we're talking mostly about standard stuff. I think it would be neat if the armoury fills up over time with things reverse-engineered or made from things we bring back from missions.

            Anyway:

Runestones/totems: single use stones that can either be used as fuel for magic or to throw at enemies, at which point they explode in their respective element.

            Scrolls: Single use spells.

Coin of truth: A coin enchanted to always answer truthfully, but being a coin it can only answer yes/no questions. Can either be really expensive, or cheap but limited uses.

Perhaps some religious consumables, like blessed water and charms that can counteract/seal spirits/demons?

I'm assuming the armoury will have standard weapons and armour available. Just ye olde bronze/iron weapons and bronze/leather armour for newbies to start out with.

Perhaps we could buy buffs/blessings from the assorted religious people in the chapel that last only a single mission?

I don't think we need a defined list for this, but perhaps a sort of catch-all category for adventuring junk. Stuff like ropes, grappling hooks, long sticks, etc. Maybe have an "adventurers kit" item that has an assortment of these kinds of things in it, or allows for X items of choice to be pulled from it.

Perhaps a bookstore? Where we can buy books that grant us knowledge about specific subjects for a price, foregoing having to roll a stat to remember/figure out things about said subject.

            More useless items.

-Sack of advanced darkness: Can be used to store shiny and glowy stuff without them emiting light. Can be put over the head of anyone to render them blind for a time, even after the sack has been removed from their heads. Implodes if a grossly incandescent torch is put inside.

-Mirror mask: The uses gains the physical charisma of anyone currently seeing the mirror mask and interacting with the wearer. Can give cursed charisma and result in death rolls if interacting with anyone particularly ugly or disgusting.

-Vampire fang: Silver knife decorated with rubies. Can stab and suck the life out of something alive to heal the wielder. The more it's used, the less faster it will heal and the more will be the user compelled to stab others for energy.

-Shoes of antigravity: A pair of enchantes shoes. Flips the gravity for the wearer's legs when worn. Extensive use can cause nausea for hanging upside-down. Be careful to not fall into the sky

-Punchstone: A stone shaped like a fist, can be thrown to punch things at large distances. The strenght of the punch depends on the thrower's strenght and punching skill, not throwing.

-Executioner's axe: A large axe seemingly made of blood that easily cuts through most things, but it's size forces the wielder to perform slow and wide attacks that affect everyone nearby. The axe grows in size with every kill, and becomes unusable after the point it becomes too heavy to swing around.

-Stick of death detection: A short wooden stick engraved with necromantic runes, can be used to poke bodies. If the body is dead, the stick glows. 50% to not work on undead, once a body is poked it will always give that result.

Pickaxe.  For cutting through walls, breaking rocks, etcetera.

Foam grenade. For putting out fires, neutralizing acids, rendering some hazardous areas safer, if slippery.

Sticky Foam grenade. Similar, but sticky.  Don't get caught in it, also jams machinery and limits the movement of people stuck in it.

Jar of Blasting Paste. Comes with an applicator.  The paste explodes when ignited, and can be applied with some precision.

Parasol. Resembles an umbrella with no top.  Single-use item, activated magically to create a hemispherical shield that very strongly absorbs hostile magical attacks that hit it, for a brief period.
