how to avoid suffering, quite technical explaination
« on: July 12, 2018, 05:55:20 am »

if you like spiritual theories, this video is maybe somthing for you. most "stuff" in the world dont explain the reasons for a personal behavior. this video has a solid approach, almost like algebra for the root source of suffering.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eQxk3TMENEI

be aware, there is a shitload of wrong information about that specific topic. in the first 30 minutes it will explain all the grotesque portrayals of it. so when you try to research it more deeper, try to double check sources. basicly all stuff/media/teachings which tries to split up things into two major factions (good/bad) are totally wrong and not harmonizing the metaphysical forces. dissension based stuff/media/teachings is like "nuclear fission" in your soul.

There's two kinds of performance reviews: the one you make they don't read, the one they make whilst they sharpen their daggers
Everyone sucks at everything. Until they don't. Not sucking is a product of time invested.

Welp, that's a time investment that I doubt many people will be willing to put in.

i prefer suffering to listening to that shit

if you want a tl;dr just read the 'four agreements'

  • Be impeccable with your word.
  • Don't take anything personally.
  • Don't make assumptions.
  • Always do your best.

Unfortunately simple things are not always easy.

Unfortunately, listening to that would cause more suffering that it would prevent.
