hotkey for holdings "?"

I'm trying to activate the holdings option under the civilizations screen when focused on my fort. The option has a "?" next to it as a hotkey but hitting that doesnt do anything. I cant find the holdings option under hotkeys. Is there a way to change this setting or activate the menu is some other way?

You probably have an old version of keybindings.txt in your init folder. Copy in a new one from a vanilla download of 44.12.

Or just as the lines from file_changes.txt (I think you can just copy and paste them directly in).
