Help with Regeneration modding
« on: August 13, 2018, 11:58:03 am »

I know this has been discussed many times.
I have read that a change to the body (ie. were's changing shape) will regrow limbs etc.
Is there a way to have it work when the creature goes to sleep?
Basically I want my dwavres to go to sleep and have limbs regen, yes I know, lousy cheater trying to avoid !FUN! and all that.
It is a shame adding healing tags to body parts doesn't do it.
Help appreciated.

if missing parts, or damaged nerves or whatever. Open up your save (data/save/world-that-is-your-save) go to it's raws/objects, creature_standard.txt add an extra part in the [BODY:] tag like 2WING.

load up the game, everyone should be healed.

Save and close,

remove changes

reload game. Done

Note you don't need to save and close you can play with those extra parts, and just remove them for next healing session.

Regrowing limbs are not a thing, yet, maybe? not sure if it's planned
