I'm probably going to regret this, but yes. He has access to Caladbolg II. Judging by the Wiki (I'm more experienced with Fate/Zero and Grand Order, hoping to watch UBW after I get done with Zero), it's not too overpowered: insane penetration and an explosive payload if deflected by it's target. If it even needs that to happen to make it go boom, anyway.

Have Archer do just that, but if he refuses, don't bother using a Command Seal. I acknowledge that the plan has its risks. Meanwhile, see about forming myself some proper Ice Armor

Annoyed but not deterred, I'd attempt to finish the guy off with a simple strike to the neck and quickly go back to hiding if at all possible. Of course, this is easier said than done as clearly this guy is either skilled, lucky, or both. But hopefully I could maintain momentum and keep the advantage. The one who strikes first is the one who tends to win after all.

I peer out from cover and take stock of the situation as best as I can. Most pressingly: that is one big airship and it does not look friendly.

"I have no idea what's going on, and quite frankly? I'm too scared to ask."
"So, what's the plan Ruby?"
"Big ship means big guns. Should we take it down, sis?"
"We should try. If they fire on us, a lot of people could get caught in the middle. Let's do what we can, team!"

Standing from cover, I begin to do just that, firing several Dust-embued rounds from Ember Celica.

I completely acknowledge that there is very, very little RWBY's firepower can probably do against the ship but they get points for trying.
