Meoh+Tileset, Ironhand, Masterwork all hang in window 0fps.

DF Vanilla works fine but none of these mods work for me. Mephs Launcher works but the game itself is frozen. Here's the strange part...the game is still working. If i scroll down to "Creat a world useing advanced parameters" press enter, Minimize the window than maximize it, ill be on the next menu screen. I can even start building a world useing this min max method to check its progress. Obviously the games not playable like this, but i really want a more rounded experience with these mods. So...what am i doing wrong? Also im new. I hope this is the correct forun for these questions.
