Dwarves who experience traumatic events sometimes get expletive diarrhea; they can be stuck in a loop of cursing non-stop for several days, as opposed to becoming comatose or overcome by fear. Other dwarves may be disturbed by this.

Everytime a dwarf cusses at another, they gain speaker and social skill.  Thus, expletive dwarves often end up as entertainers, mayors, or both.

Cussing should be a skill and at legendary level you should be able to cuss people do death, so when a legendary cusser tells you to fuck off and die you do!

The affected dwarf finds whoever is in charge and gives them a real earful, increasing their cussing skill considerably. High enough skill can even cuss things into existence, though they are rarely pleasant.

Dwarves that have any find of accident or injury should demand to see a lawyer so they can sue the fortress for compensation, and this should take money from your bank account.
