Workshop material conditions being ignored

Hello.
Im providing 2 images:

Here you can see how the workshop should stop when i get 50 pigtail cloths https://imgur.com/a/W80znlX
It says that its satisfied for next check, like i hadnt 50cloth yet, but in the 2nd image, you can see my stock: https://imgur.com/a/tvU3tWG

What am i doing wrong please? thanks

You are using bins for cloth storage. Like huge pile of cloth, produced by automated quantum stockpiles, would be less realistic then rolls of cloths stacked in bins... eh... Did I guess right?

Contents in any storage item, which is in use, are not being counted as "available" by job manager. It maybe a feature, covering unavailability of trading goods, or a bug. I have no idea.

I discovered it by monitoring alcohol availability in barrels and condition "less then 200 units of brew" were often met at 220-250 units present. It was so, because some barrels were "busy" with drinking jobs. Maybe it would be more, if I didn't have 13 automated flavors of alcohol available for consumption too. Dwarves love to try different alcohols. It was easily noticeable, because I use always potash in farming in combination with exclusively legendary farmers doing harvesting, so in effect I have pretty large plant stacks. This results in pretty huge alcohol stacks in each barrel.

Nevermind, it was because my bookkeeper just went on tantrum and wasnt counting stuff :         ^)
