The Area around it shimmers before breaking apart, returning to normal.
The wisps of power also broke apart, as if they were never there. +8 EXP. (24/100)

A strange ripple is emanating dark energy. It will fully disperse at the end of the next Player Phase.

Player Phase End, Enemy Phase 3, Begin~

While not immediately apparent, something in the air has changed, and not the sandstorm.

The Sandstorm intensifies. It may be wise to find shelter, moving quickly in these conditions is impossible.
Heavy Sandstorm, all outdoor tiles act as sand tiles. Also affects Levitation units.
Put simply, from now on until the Heavy Sandstorm lets up, your move is treated as Mov-1. Flying Units have it worse though, for all that doesn't matter at this point.

Turn 4, Begin!

Alshadmar sees Arial collapsing under all the pressure. A faint aura of the remaining energy that holds her together is drawn towards the champion, but he slams the blunt end of his lance's shaft into the sand, pushing the lifeforce back to Arial. He shall not absorb an ally's energy.

"Hurt me all you want, it's my duty as the champion..."
"... but attack those under my charge and you'll beg for death to come swiftly, for I have all the time in the world as an undead being!"

And with heavy stomps and an aura of dread around himself, Alshadmar practically runs (as far as his heavy frame and armory allows to) around a dune to storm into the wisp closest to Samedra.

"Woman! Kill them all! Tonight I shall feast on what their corpses will offer! Let the Champion's banquet begin!"

Grizel moves to 8,6 and attacks the hustling wisp. She has to hold back the urge to sigh at the champion's speech. She eats the things she kills and she's never given some big speech about it after all.

"Nice hustle there, Grizel, hon." She smirks and gives the hound a little nod of approval.

Woman, huh? She'd be a little more offended if she'd particularly bothered with consistently using any of their names. Turnabout is fair play, after all.

"Don't need to tell me twice, Skeletor. I'm bored of hearing these wisps talk anyways." She pauses before muttering, "Can you even eat wisps? How would one taste, anyways...?"

Slight Info Dump. Those monsters with healing are mostly myths, since the ability to use healing magic was restricted to humans in the folklore, and tied to light magic.

... Light Sprites are pretty rare, and when they aren't, they're Sparkless, attacking every Monster that enters their territory. Which tend to be old hallowed grounds which spawn them. It does not help that these Sparkless have a natural advantage against monsters, as compared to those with the Spark, who do not unless they use specific magics.

You do hardly see Elemental Lights though, most likely because any who do end up shortly dead. Can't return info if you're dead after all. Undead also don't really last long when or if they revive in such territory.

What Samedra takes from this. Healing Magic is extremely rare, with Nosferatu and Spark being the only two that do exist in common knowledge. Granted, these are weapons rather than actual healing on demand in battlefield situations.

What the rest do, myths, mostly disbelieved.

That isn't to say there aren't items that can heal. The Dark Stone is one of them, which can restore 5 HP a turn for 3 turns when used.

In addition, Mogulls are.. Rather solitary, unless they've been contracted. There are some in Bone Town, either record-keepers, or watchmen. The Head of the Archives in an Arch Mogull. They're more scouts than fighters, usually.

Likewise, as I may have alluded to before, Sol is also rare. Not sure if Arial just takes it in stride though..

Taking from the life force of your enemies though. Not that rare in comparison, it's pretty normal, if a bit difficult.

"That's it! I'm gonna erase your entire...!"

But as he was just about to proclaim his oath of vengeance, something... weird happened. Whatever it was, Arial was now standing again. Not fine yet, but able to walk and act. That was a true miracle.

"What the... ... This is baffling. But thank you, whoever you are, Mogall..."
"Please help the others too. You would gain a valuable favor from the Champion that way."

And with that, Alshadmar returns to what he does best.

Blair tears into them even as it dissolves. New Natural Weapon Acquired!
60/100 Exp.

The Old Fang makes use of bits of energy to take a bite our of a Sprite's Core. This allows you to tear straight through their usual Class Skills, dealing full damage. And Sprites aren't all that tough physically.
However, this Weapon isn't exactly normal for a whelp to have. But then, neither are these Bone Doog.
Note, that to switch natural weapons, you must declare the switch. Allies can't cycle them for you with trading. So be careful when deciding what to use in an attack.
