Hermit workshop not showing up

For  some reason whenever i start up MDF and make a new world, i get ready with setting up for my hermit, embark, then when i try to make the workshop that activates Hermit mode, it doesnt show up, i tried turning it off and on again in the Civs settings but that doesnt seem to work as well.
If you know how to fix this please do tell, thank you.
