What tags do you need to remove to keep dwarves from being upset without cloaths

I am tired of running the clothing industry and am going to try to mod a new race and so I figure I can wipe out two birds with one stone. Have a race without mandatory cloths! (Snake or lizard person civ if you are curious) so how would I do this.
