Kadaya - The Island of Mystery (5/5)
« on: March 04, 2019, 09:04:40 pm »

We went out to Kadaya to shoot some footage for our paranormal TV show. When we started filming though, we slowly noticed things were going off script - and when we went to investigate, there was something... deeper. Unexplainable occurrences, strange-looking creatures... when we went to go look for where they came from, all of them tied back to a building in the distance.

Whoever was in that building clearly thought they were alone, because moments after we even got within sight of it, we were knocked out, kidnapped, and brought to the facility to be used as test dummies for... whatever horrid thing they're working on in here.

It's been... at least a couple of days. Maybe more. Time doesn't exactly present itself easily in this place. We're trapped in a holding cell, and we've been here, except to be dragged out when we're "needed". It all seems innocent, but disgustingly so - they're pretending this whole thing is some kind of public service when it's a nightmare.

There's not much we really know. The building could belong to anyone, they could be doing anything, and of course, they never bother to tell us more than "everything is going as we expected". One thing's for sure though - we've got to get the hell out of here.

Tell me a little bit about yourself: Ryan is or was at the very least the guy who provided ideas on the new paranormal sites to use in the show, using a mixture of intuition, research, and above all logic to find out which places people would consider to be paranormal.

The five sit in the middle of their cell, listening to some scientists shuffle by. They can see a few carts being pushed down the hallway, although to where, they have no idea.

Two scientists walk up to their cell, mutter something to one another, and unlock the door. The taller of the two walks in first, his colleague trailing behind him.

Reading off of his clipboard, he begins speaking, his colleague keeping a watchful eye over the group of five.

"Group 14, you are scheduled to begin an observation in 15 minutes. We have been assigned to escort you to the observation area. Please remain calm and follow all instructions. Albeit cumbersome, these regulations are necessary to ensure the proper execution of the test. Rest assured, your safety is guaranteed throughout the escort, provided you follow the instructions that may be given to you."

His colleague steps out into the hall, and the scientist steps to the side, gesturing for the five to exit as he prepares to walk behind them.

"Now then, as we are walking, can you each tell me your name and any pertinent thoughts or events that have come up since the last observation?" he asks cordially, an unnerving smile on his face.

"Erin, no events."
I get up and approach the pair.
"Could you explain what is going to happen to us in more detail please?"

”Ryan, and like her I haven’t experienced anything new”

He’d say while getting up and also approaching the pair, while trying to avoid the gaze of the one who seemed to be smiling creepily.

”As for new thoughts, well can you tell me why your doing this to us instead of willing subjects, or better yet, animals.”

"Oh, yeah. Suuuuure. Definitely nothing has happened. No thougths at all, intrusive or otherwise, nooo! Just like my fellow human beings, who are totally not robot copies, trying to get me to reveal confidential information, of which I have none. "Remain calm while we insert our alien probes up your backsides. There's nothing to worry about!" If you think I'm going to stay calm and not resist, then your people must be really stupid, Grey! For humanity!"

Flying karate kick to the "human" scientist! It's obviously a Grey using a human skin suit!
