Adventurecraft (or any mod that changes the body parts) Compatibility patch.

Adventurecraft and almost all Wanderer's Friend derivatives change the body tokens, removing in particular HUMANOID_JOINTS and NECK. This patch will put it back in for other mods that use these parts. If you know of any other parts Adventurecraft/Wanderer's Friend removes, let me know.
