In any case, I am proud to present
The Dwarven dwarf launcher, it's more of a Cart-action rifle,
let me explain how to make it, I think you could replicate it kind of in Fort mode, not sure.
I used the pyramid from The arena as a "rolling chamber", but you could use any space really, as long as you can make the track repeat itself.
Put down a roller, if you can power it, good.
If you can't, dfhack got you.
Set Minimal power to 0 and the actual power to 1 or something.
Use dfhack to set the speed of the roller to something ridiculous.
If you want a vomit orium, you could stop right here, if you want to kill dwarves with it, and from it.
Move on.
Put a fortification in a place, where flying
dwarves anything will fly out from.
I changed the wall to obsidian, so I could make a fortification from it.
And finally a wall, so "anything" can't dodge out of the way.
To "power" it on, just set a minecart on the roller and if you can't see the cart anymore, it's On.
Now load up some scum of the fort into the designated area.
and shoot those pesky nobles/elves/angry dwarves/clowns/Anything.
