Does killing a wizard increase the level of all players that attacked them, or just the one that laid the killing blow?

Whoever lays the killing blow get's the kill(s) added to his level.

Oh, right, this game is Chunky Salsa-based. It doesn't have the kill-related issues of HP-based games. Nevermind.

The only rule of a chunky salsa-based game is to ALWAYS BE READY TO RUN AWAY SCREAMING LIKE A BABY WITH A SHIELD SPELL or you will find your lifespan measured in time comperable of player character in Paranoia.

As you all taste the distinct flavor of sea-salt in a short breeze, you come back to your senses, and dismiss your earlier thoughts of having momentarily forgotten your identity.
Of course you know who you are, in fact nothing makes an identity stand out more than an upcoming assault on a tower.

Glancing around yourselves, you spot each-other. Obviously other Forsworn mercenaries, you think to yourselves. In-fact your sure you've seen a few of these faces before at the big campfire incident last week, or was it at the camp hokey pokey competition?

Whether it's human nature, psychology or just magic, you all start to huddle closer, eyeing one to the next you feel a distinct group atmosphere forming here. And for once it's not really awkward. Maybe, that's because the siege horn was called and the adrenaline washed the uncomfortable feeling away... wait.

The siege! that's right a siege is gonna happen!
Noticing the camp troops filling out towards the tower, all of you slowly fall pursuit and make your way as-well.

Before reaching the war-party heading to the entrance you take some time to review the area. Your not sure yet how you're going to get into this tower but you've got a feeling you'll be safer if you all stick together.
Naturally you remember what a few other squadrons we're saying about how they would make it in.
The primary way, that most infiltrators are going to try will be teleportation. Simply cast a spell and transport yourself into the tower. However, you really don't know what's gonna be behind those walls.

Actually you do know, it's gonna be full of magic shit.

So other than teleportation there's two other options you heard of. Use a projectile, or explosive, or whatever the hell get's the job done, to punch a hole in the side of the tower and enter through that.

It's rare, but magic buildings can't protect through everything... you think.

And last but not least, "walk through the front door plan". It's straightforward, there's a front gate and there's an entrance at the sea-bed below the tower.

Get through one of those entrances and you're in.

As you ponder on the hard-thought plans of your comrades you notice that the initial skirmishes have begun on the front gate.

The first skirmishes are always the highest in casualties, but you hope it crushes the tower's morale...
Anyway! Back to the plan, what will you all decide to do? Go out on your own? Choose a plan from your comrades and strike it hard as a team? Or maybe you have another idea in mind?

Alisdair immediately downs his potion of mystery, before screaming a battle cry at the top of his lungs and charging down that narrow path towards the front door.

Wow, you pretty much nailed my description of Adam to a T. xD

First things first...

Adam looks for a mantlet (portable shield for sieges), or suitably big rock to get behind. This place looks hella open with all those archers in the tower. Glott chortles maliciously, "First minute 'n he's a coward! I preach cowardice! No farms to buy out here anyway, they all BURNED UP! HA!"

And speaking of the archers. Adam sets his eyes on the little holes over the gate, focusing on the arrows & other missiles coming from within. Words trickle out of his mouth that he shouldn't even have the organs to produce...

"Fm'latgh, grah'n... Y'lw'nafh n'ghft." (Edit:  "Hex, Bewitch, Hopeless".)

Adam casts a curse on the tower's archers for attacking us! May bad luck dog their steps! May their shafts find the backs of their fellows, their own traps clap shut 'round their necks, and their minds quake with hopelessness before our might.

Gotta say, I really like those images. The sketchbook stylistics contrast really well with all the subtle details.

Daalira dropped the visor over her face, partly to protect from arrows, but mostly to hide the stupid smirk that broke out when she saw the big guy with the pointy stick charge right into the archers' lanes of fire.
Still... if he ever did get into the tower alive, there was a good chance of him distracting the archers from inside.

Stand back at a distance, somewhere the archers' arrows will lose a bit of their speed before hitting me, and hope the armor's enchantments will view arrows as something similar to shrapnel.
Spell: Bolt, Shatter, Wood! Blast the front door into pieces so other siegers can get inside easily.

(Looks really great.  Thank you.)

Cast Flying Block Platform, to create a platform which I then ride through the air towards the door.  Zip it around to dodge incoming shots, a true smitemaster never loses his footing.

If the spell fails, just follow the narrow pathway

((Have another comment complementing your art, I'm quite liking this so far!))

Sornwerk looks up at the many archers and mages targeting his allies, then back down at his dinky little rifle that he has precisely two non-useful bullets for.  Then one of his allies chugs a potion and charges into the fray heedless of any danger, and he shrugs, before setting off after the man.

Raise one arm and cast a spell with the words "Protective, Moving, Dome", then run along with the crazy brave guy that's charging forward (and any other PCs), trying to keep them under the dome's aegis.

((I like the way you draw fish people in particular.))

Charge the gate alongside Alisdair.

A bit quick to charge in.

Rū takes her Sakazuki and pours the sake over her unsheathed Sakeblade.

"Flow, Float, River"

The Flowing Sake slowly but surely forms streams entering into the arrowslits in the tower, floating in the air, waiting, poisoning. All from her.

Damn it, I forgot to add a belt to Gordack. That’s gonna bug me for about five minutes, then he’ll probably die.
Gordack grabs a belt if he can find one, and wraps it around his waist. He then will get behind the various peoples marching at the gate, and shoot a spell, Radial, Cowardly, Terrifying at the defenders above the front gate. He then says:
Hopefully, they should start running away screaming. Or they might not. Either way, it’ll be a distraction to one side or another...

Your art is incredible!
