Dual Fortess: A new challenge for the masses.

The idea is simple. Make two fortresses (on the same map or in two different worlds) and manage them both. You can add more if the fortresses lose the allure of being "fun" and have now become little more than a simple "See the dwarven way of life" box on your computer. Document your experiences here.

Just to clarify, are we talking about a two instances of DF open at the same time sort of thing? Both forts running in the same real time?

a triple core CPU would be even better, if you put one DF instance on each core and have the last core for the OS.

Better run them from two completely different copies of DF then, or your saves will get messed up.
