The GAB agrees to:
>Design a new fighter aircraft to counter the enemy, initial production of no less than three squadrons to be assigned to Rosser's Army Corps. A design for which is in consideration, codenamed "Dartiau".
>Continue development on a radio system for aircraft, plans in consideration for a "ST C16 R01" project which would fulfill requirements.
>Develop a series of 1000 lb bombs likely designated "Pon"(engineers already state that it is will within our capability to make and use such bombs)
>Develop a series of naval-oriented dive bombers to use said bomb(plans currently being tendered at this time, no submitting)

The GAB has submitted new suggestions to the conference as follows:
>Plans for Observation Balloons are to be given to the Army and Navy, as they are better suited as organic support to ships and artillery units than as independent organizations
>Plans for the Cadwynog ŷd AGAA CD15 Mark 1*, associated ammunition and the Drych Mk1 sight to be given to both services, as the machine cannon should be eminently suitable for anti-air defense and for use at sea against lightly armored vessels, while the Drych sight has significant applications in fixed positions.(an addendum to the package on the Drych also contains comments by LDA on how an unpowered version would be exceptionally useful for smallarms in close quarters, if tricky to implement)
>Formula for Ffrwydrol Datblygu Ymchwil(FDY), along with proposals for satchel charges, artillery shells, etc. given to both services

>GAB response to the Royal Mail Service is that while we have no aircraft in service that would reliably meet the goals, the Clogfeini would meet the requirements admirably, and proposals have been received from suppliers for other aircraft that would be more than suitable, although lacking in more direct action roles

Labordai Dylunio Awyrennau's "Dartiau" light fighter originates from grumbles from our pilots for a new, lighter, faster dedicated fighter. And lo, the creative(most would say insane) minds at LDA have come forth with the Dart, a proposal for a single-man airframe with no tail, instead using a forward-staggered, single-bay, wire braced constant chord, tapered outer dihedral swept wings which reaches past the rear of the (rather short) airframe and contain not a insignificant portion of the crafts fuel load; combined with a a pair of vertical stabilizers at the wingtips into a single-engine pusher. The crafts powerplant(using something they refer to as "gyferbyn â chleddyf" props) is REW's newest 27-cylinder tribble-bank rotary engine with forced air cooling and forced air supply. Space is also provided for a cubic pace radio set and the craft is armed with two nose-mounted Cadwynog ŷd machinecannon(the Mark 1* version) in a removable cassette, and a new model of the ubiquitous "Drych" sight in the cockpit(details below). The whole airframe is of LDA's "advanced" metallic geodetic framing with metal skins in strategic locations(aka, leading edges), while their more experimental components consist of an enclosed bubble cockpit canopy(the result of experiments with "softglass"), new hydraulically powered control surfaces and retractable landing gear in a "nose-sitter" format.

A local manufacturer of radios going by the name of Siaradwr Tawel has been intrigued by the requirements of our aircraft's effects on radios, and have apparently been working to develop a radio to suit them.
 Built to fit within the cubic pace, 50lb requirements being set by the GAB, the ST C16 R01 continues to improve on systems started work on with the Bloeddiwr project, utilizing vacuum tubes, more advanced flavors of frequency modulation along with improved regenerative circuitry and a new design of loop antenna for receiving communications to allow for experiments with voice radio, which has been noted by pilots as being the main limiter of radio communication in aircraft, particularly in tactical situations and perhaps most of all in single-man airframes.
 The design is intended to have a minimum of two voice radio channels ready at a given time(for tactical and strategic communications, for example), along with retaining the ability to use Morse code on a number of channels.
 Power is provided by capacitors with small batteries, charged in flight via external wind generators.

This bomb series is a simple upgrade of the LDA C16 GC100 bomb series at roughly five times the size created as a result of requests from the Navy for a 500lb bomb and as a result of realization that the 100lb bombs currently in service are massively oversized for their filling. As a result, despite being only four times the size of our current bomb series(measuring 18.5 inches by 120 as opposed to 18.5 by 32) the Pon masses ten times as much. The explosives used in the bombs have been updated from TNT to FDA, resulting in a drastic increase of the explosive power, with the high explosive version carrying the equivalent of 720 pounds of TNT with 450lb of filler.
 Within the design reference, and to fill time resulting from just scaling things up, a new type of bomb has been developed for the series, LDA C16 CG1000/E, the "Heuwr". Composed of a modified C type bomb, the interior nolonger carries cargo, but instead a set of high explosive bomblets released shortly after the bomb itself is dropped. Each bomblet is equipped with what are effectively metal parachutes, slowing and arming the bomblet before it lands on the ground and explodes(or, if dropped slightly too soon, to wait until poked by someone, whereupon it explodes).

Labordai Dylunio Awyrennau's "Cawr" is, by the standards at the start of the war, the work of madmen. Two designs of the Cawr actually exist, but both share the same basic design qualities: a multi-engined sesquiplane equipped for amphibious use by its main feature(more on that later) intended for heavy cargo or for personnel transport. Where the two proposals differ is the number and layout of turrets and engines. In one version, one set of engine pods hold only one engine each, the rear engines being deleted in favor of a turret in each. In the other, the engines are retained, with a single turret being located in the tail. These versions are, inhouse, being referred to as the "gyflym cawr" and the "crac gyflym".
 Past these differences, the aircraft proposals are the same; a twin-tailed, sesquiplane of forward-staggered, twin-bay strut-braced constant cord, tapered outer dihedral make, mounting four engine pods containing two (insert next step of engine design. Probally tribble-bank rotary engines with superchargers, perhaps... 33 cylinders per?) in LDA's "standard" pusher-puller configuration; defensive turrets mounted nose, dorsally, a pair casemated abaft the wings, and (depending on the model) two mounted on the wings or one at the tail; integrated radio sets, provisions for recon cameras, the ability to carry upto three tons(6720lb) for five hours(at envisioned cruse speeds of 80mph, 400 miles.), which is loaded from the tail or from a large side door(depending on design). Due to the difficulty of communicating when in flight, an internal telephone system has been designed for the craft connecting to the crews flight helmets.
 Now, one may be wondering what input Grŵp Dylunio Awyroneg y Môr's contribution was that entitled their name being added to the design. Well, the answer is its means of landing. As opposed to more conventional systems like wheels, floats, or making the craft into some form of boat, GDAM has instead convinced LDA(with little effort, those nutters never saw a crazy idea they didn't love) to trial their new Gosod Glanio Bagiau Môr, or GGBM for short. This system is perhaps revolutionary. A small dedicated engine powers a blower which pushes air into a multi-leveled canvas, rubber and plywood bag, inflating it and eventually escaping out the middle to raise the craft on a layer of air. As can be told by its name, this is primarily in effort to allow larger aircraft to land on water without resorting to massively overpowered engines that drink 75% of a fuel load on takeoff only to be throttled down to almost nothing for actual flight, but also allows the craft to land on any reasonably flat and "pointy-bit-free" surface. Infact, the reduction of drag on the ground is expected to be so great that a special anchor system was forced to be mounted towards the tail inorder to retard unwanted movement.

Grŵp Dylunio Awyroneg y Môr's answer to the Psygotwyr for reconnaissance, the Crëyr is a step away from biplane designs, being a strut-braced high-winged of straight, moderate aspect ratio monoplane with a twin-boom tail in a pusher-puller configuration(powered by a Rhodri 10-180 D15 at each end) riding on two floats or, in a land-based variant(the GDAM AFC16 Mod A/B), a trio of wheels in a tail-sitter format, with both configurations having rather "springy" gear struts with near on a foot of travel in the vertical, and featuring a totally enclosed crew compartment for its pilot, integrated radioset, and space for an observer/gunner, two passengers, or medic with a pair of stretchers
Construction is of laminated timber in diagonal framing, itself covered with thin sheets of laminated timber carefully gone over to reduce drag. Special note is also made of the over-sized and decidedly non-aerodynamic acrylic windows which permit the pilot and optional observer exceptional view of their surroundings, including below. Two large sliding side doors are also part of the design.
Armaments consists of a single clamp for a bomb or other round object under 20" in diameter under the fuselage and mounts on each door for a single shared Cadwynog ŷd AGAA CD15 Mark 1*.
Proposed uses for the craft are liaison work, spotting, light cargo handling, medivac, and light bombing.
One of the main features of the aircraft are its large wings, which in addition to obviously being a monoplane also feature, well, features to aid with operation. Namely, they fold. On the ground(or onboard a ship) the two wings are able to be unpinned and rotated rearward to reduce its overall size. In addition to this, a fixed slat runs along the length of the leading edge and the trailing edge consists entirely of large slotted control surfaces.

Pren Gwyn Lluoedd Milwrol Council Negotiations, Day 2

Moderately early in the morning, there is some time to actually relax and enjoy a good, traditional, Pren Gwyn breakfast, with all the Pren Gwyn sausage (As opposed to the clearly inferior Schwarzes Holz sausage), bacon, cockles, lamb, laverbread cake, mushrooms and eggs anyone could ask for with a good verity of smoked fish to chose from, and of course all that is needed for a good cup of tea to enjoy along with it all. After a good three hours for everyone to wake up and enjoy a good morning meal, the meetings would once again start like they did last time, well, without the six hours of speeches anyway.

Regardless, there are a good amount of people who are curios as to the Gwylio Awyr Brenhinol's answers to proposals, along with if they'd make any themselves...

Needless to say, Gruffudd Taaffe and Garth Mathias are quite happy at the prospect of new, better aircraft to fly that will make it easier for them to down the Schwarzes, and Rosser would be happy to hear the news of that little deal being accepted as well. Meanwhile, the navy would be glad that their proposal was accepted and a heavy bomb that surely will make a destroyer or light cruiser miserable if hit with it a aircraft to go with it by the end of the year, as well as and a new radio for the float planes with greater range as a bonus. Interestingly enough, the army and navy seem fairly neutral with the balloons being given to them, though they'd accept it along with the request that the balloons currently in service are transferred to them to make things easier, though, the army is a bit more grateful than the navy.

However, when the Cadwynog ŷd AGAA CD15 Mark 1 is offered along with the Drych Mk1 sight, the army isn't to interested, believing they have better machine guns that weigh similar to the Cadwynog, though they are still happy to take the sight and potentially use some Cadwynog purely in a anti aircraft roll, meanwhile, the navy is more enthusiastic about the design, thinking that they could use whatever weight still available on the ship when its fully loaded on the machine guns to have a kind of disruption fire with their anti aircraft guns as well as something small that could be used en mass on ships they deem necessary, though, admittedly, they likely will only use it as a tertiary defense.

The thing that really interests both services however, is the Ffrwydrol Datblygu Ymchwil formula, which is seen as a wonderful thing to pack a punch. Of course, there are some who worry that it makes ammo more devastating should it explode before its fired due to enemy fire, though its mostly disregarded due to the simple fact that such a event would likely happen anyway with normal ammo, and that the power is well worth it. Of course, the navy has more of these people who worry such things, after all it certainly wouldn't make turret flash fires any better, though it likely would be devastating to the ship in question anyway...Regardless, all this free stuff given to the army and navy gives an impression that the air force cares about winning the war with some cooperation more than anything else, after all, the equipment certainly isn't just throw away garbage and is actually a fairly decent gift.

Finally, after some more talking, once lunch finally arrived, you would once again be able to speak to the man from the royal mail service. They would state how they cant actually help provide funding at the moment as they are on a tight budget, but will still pay for the upkeep of the aircraft put under their service due to the increased efficiency they'd have and the extra funds they'd get because of that efficiency. They are fine, however, with the Clogfeini being used as the transport aircraft, and state how it might be even more useful as it could potentially transport heavy cargo, if what they heard about the craft is true. The offer for a proposed Cawr aircraft however is shot down by the man saying that the Clogfeini should be more than enough...

Later though, after lunch was over, the offer of the Cëyr would get some support with the navy and army, but it would be met with both a sizeable minority arguing that they can't just spend all their budget on the airforce, and most seeing the craft as something the air force can do on its own. After this, most of the meetings go on about things that are not too interesting to the airforce, though one captain does make a quick remark to a engineer that in the future, there might be a spot for proper attack aircraft on ships. Still, the rest of the day would be mostly uneventful for those in the airforce at the council, well, other than the aces pilots present, who seem to celebrate their victories with some ale at dinner before the night comes in...
