I consulted Google, and "electric boogaloo" is apparently a reference to an old movie about breakdancing. The phrase has become something of a cultural phenomenon since.

Divine actions:
Bast blesses one of the Cidea with Good Fortune Tier 1 for 1 FP

Na creates a Jungle at F5.

Argenbagh adds the modifier [Fish] to B-2 (since A-1 does not exist) for 2 FP and creates another mountain at B1 for 3 FP.

Guy Ramses blesses one of the workers of the United Herds with the Blessing of Cooking. This improves food foraging, and, if they research food preparation, food preparation.

As for civilizations...
Cait Sith: Food gathering: 7... Prayer to Na x2... Food Consumption: 3.

The United Herds: Food gathering: 6... Agriculture research complete... Prayer to Guy Ramses... Food Consumption: 3

I'm not seeing that mountain of mine at B-1?

Now then... I wish to create the Land of Teeth, a rocky wasteland interspersed with tall spikes of stone. These spikes would make passage through the Land of Teeth difficult, make the Land of Teeth a prime place for ambushes and hideaways, and provide the Olan Reg natural camouflage when moving through the area.

How would I go about this? Can I do this with a single create action? Do I create a rocky wasteland, then add a "Stone Spikes" modifier? Do I have to create a rocky wasteland, then add "Difficult Terrain", "Ambush Site", and "Natural Camouflage: Olan Reg" modifiers separately?
