FFXIV recalled its game and re-released it with a public apology. They're rolling in the dough now.
 
This WE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG IF WE DON'T ADMIT IT crap that game companies are all about these days is infantile and benefits nobody, and I'm not rewarding it with a purchase of anything.
