Felikia creates the system of magic known as Nemetics.

Nemetics has 2 types of energy: positive and negative. Negative energy is used to disrupt attacks or fire a bolt or lance that causes internal injury to it’s target. Positive energy is used to shield or heal, and powerful enough users can revive the dead as zombies under their command.
This type of magic has verbal and somatic components making symbols in the air and speak a word of power. The only limit to casting is the caster’s energy. Casting is exhausting, and casting beyond your natural limit using positive energy runs the risk of being pushed to undeath as a vile Nemetic Lich. Energy can be put into an object inscribed with a spell allowing the object to use it’s own power instead of the caster, but that process is lengthy and dangerous.

He also creates the artifact: The Nemetic Codex and gives it to the greater catfolk.
The Nemetic codex is a book seemingly made of bark and leaves, and it contains the secrets of Nemetics in the language of the Greater Catfolk.
