You have 14 units of M1917s to give to your troops. each adds two logistic points to that units burden.

Also, please note you have your 10 tokens to allot and some slipways and factories to order what to make.

How many tokens would it take to build a Modified 62m Drifter?

I think we might need to recruit some people for this side since I'm the only one here and I haven't ever played one of these before.

Also can we dissemble some of the equipment we have to figure out how to replicate it?

Absolutely, that would take a revision to reverse-engineer something. This includes, as a note, ammunition.

As for players, well, feel free to ask in the main channel, perhaps it will bring someone in.

Is there a limit on the number of things we can build and reverse-engineer per turn?

The number of effort tokens one has. By default, each side has 10, but some things may change this number.

For this turn I say we:

Build:
4 62m Drifters

Reverse-Engineer these:
 CSRG 1917
 M1917
 Schwarzlose machine gun
 M. 14 Feldhaubitze two-part
 SK L/35
 M15 Stielhandgranate

Building ships is something for slipways to do(honestly, I thought you planned on revising the drifter, hence my comment about it taking a token), so that gives you four more tokens to spend. Those four tokens could go towards, for instance, four buildings ranging from factories through mines and smelters to infrastructure, such as fortifications; revising the drifter if wanted(1), designing something new(3), rushing a new design(4), researching rituals(2) or planning expeditions(1).

I wanted to build some ships sense I gave all but one away.

As for what we shall do build three fortifications between us the other people, and we should plan an expedition.

What army would you like to assign to the expedition, and would you like to assign extra expedition equipment? Would you like to add any ships to the expedition? If no, please state orders for your navy. Your three fortifications, where would you like them built? How would you like your armies equipped? Any requests for your army commanders? What would you like your two slipways and two lines of workshop to work on?

Lets send the 4th army on the expedition and give them M1917's and let them use the ship.
As for the three fortifications I say we build one on Neu Salsburg in the west around the workshop and more fortification at the port, and one at Pecs north where the third army is.
For the armies equipment we should give them Mannlicher–Schönauer's, if we don't have enough of them give everyone else M1917's.
For orders I say we have them remain in place.
For the slipways they should make 62m Drifter's, according to the producible equipment thing we should be able to make ten of them so I say we do that.
For the workshops can make Rast & Gasser M1898.

Is all this stuff separate from the reverse engineering?

 Yes, it is.

More questions fer you: What level of M1917 rifle would you like to issue army 4?
There are only enough Mannlicher–Schönauer's to fully equip one army, although there are almost enough for fully equipping a second. (for reference, it takes 8 units of equipment to give it to every soldier in an army, details are in "On Logistics").
No requests then for the other 6 armies?

Lets give army 4, 7 M1917's and 1 CSRG 1915.

As for the other armies:
FOotSM Army 1: 7 M1917 and 1 CSRG 1915
FOotSM Army 2: 3 P14, 4 Mannlicher M1893, 1 CSRG 1915
FOotSM Army 3: 5 Mannlicher M1893, 2 Type 30 rifle, and 1 CSRG 1915
FOotSM Army 5: 7 Type 30 rifle, 1 CSRG 1915
FOotSM Army 6: 7 Mannlicher–Schönauer, 1 CSRG 1917
FOotSM Army 7: 7 Mannlicher–Schönauer. 1 CSRG 1917

I say lets keep the six remaining armies where they are for now.

No logistical equipment to be assigned then?
