Would be be correct in assuming that an explanation of how the game is supposed to be played will be provided?

The link is fuxed, and says TBC. From the looks so far it looks like a forum version of the Sid Meyer Civilization game

As a person who has put hundreds of hours into Civ V, I have no idea how to post my first action in this. I assume that there will be another post explaining it.

Ah, well, I guess I'm just... not included then. Alright.

Would have been nice if I was, y'know, informed, like at all, that there was a problem so that I could have corrected it, instead of waiting eagerly to play only to find out I wasn't included after the game had started. But alright.
