I'm thinking we should just steal that and leave at this point.  The robot might have hurt itself.

Yeah, it's undoubtably valuable, probably enough to keep us fed for weeks, AND we found a very nice shiny.

If you'd like to end the scene I think I'd be okay with stealing that hyperdrive or whatever the shiny object was and returning home injured.
