I think I have you as five credits short to do those actions.  You make a profit of 25 off that EFFG, but are paying an extra 30 to syvarris.

..also, you have two workshops, and as such can only build two EFFGs per phase.  You can build two more during the next phase if you have the money.  So, as is, you'll make two EFFGs and will send one off.  It'll leave you with 95 money, so short 5 bucks to build two more.

The most obvious way to bridge that gap would be to sell one of your kaiju bits.

Designate the new transports as "Matryoshka Transports", as they can carry units that are the same size as them.  Somehow.
Designate the new explosives as "Destabilized Valencite Explosives".  Ensure that all organizations who receive some are instructed on how to load it in safe quantities that won't become inert on the battlefield.  Yes, this is fluff.

Manufacture one jet, and two full batches of Destabilized Valencite.  Upgrade all three jets that I have with the explosives, and then send one of my already-manufactured jets to Happytime Atrocities, along with the ungrade.  Send enough explosives to Emerald Robin to upgrade their jet, and send enough to the Coke Knights for their two artillery units.  That should be all the explosives I have.

Begin research on Restabilized Valencite Explosives.  These will improve anti-armor capabilities of the explosives, as well as removing the limited ammo flaw of the Destabilized version.
Begin research on Sarissan Jet.  This will be an improved jet with slightly greater range.
Send a scientist with the blueprint for current jets, to Shadowclaw.  Have the scientist copy the design, so that he can work on a specialized modification for it next turn.  Do pay for this, as well.

As far as research projects, the jets will have +1 range (going to C from D).  I'm not throwing in a removal of [ammo short], because you told me that's (probably) entirely pointless to do in a bundle.  Annoyingly.
The explosives will have the same "+1 AP if payload >= AP, +2 AP if payload >= AP+2".  So it'll be a lot better in artillery than in jets.  I suspect this is suboptimal, but screw it, I'm tired of this.

You ship off the harpoon vehicle to Lord Silver, and send along a load of cash and a kaiju skin sample.

In return.. you get a pretty old, beat up T-55 tank, that has been painted completely silver, and has two additional modifications.. a-bolted on ERA kit and a big boxy muzzle brake.

It arrives via parachute, as it's dropped from a seemingly clear sky to land gently in the parking area.  Taped to the cannon barrel is a bag with a VHS tape, which causes you to scramble for a few days to find one.

It's a series of videos of what looks like a bunch of heavily armed rednecks playing around with the tank.  It seems the odd boxy thing adds a lot of penetration power, as the cannon can blow through concrete walls with ease.

Also, one of the videos shows the rednecks strapping explosive charges to the tank, causing big sections of tank to explode, along with the ERA.  While you watch, the damaged vehicle regrows the missing parts.

Still, it doesn't seem that tough, not if it's getting damaged by fairly conventional explosives.

Storage turns out to not be too much of a problem.  It is self-willed, and capable of moving on its own, but time time you're set.  You set up a sort of elevator and treadmill system that lets it trundle around in place happily for hours.

On the arbritrary 'containment difficulty' scale, it's estimated as a 6, and will cost about 35 a month to keep pacified.

The new exoskeletons are almost done.  Estimated cost is 50 per batch.

Your Jaeger project is almost done, as well.  Estimated cost is 1x Kaiju Muscle Sample, and 150.  They should be significantly more powerful than existing tanks, if only modestly tougher.  Also, they use high-velocity rocket powered sabot based ammunition, and as such will recieve little benefit from researching specialized payloads.

The "manportable" nuclear arms team expresses relief at the project goals being relaxed.  They estimate that the changes lead to about an eight month decrease in the ETA.

You count your jets.  Two.  You had two jets to begin the month, built a third jet, and sent that one off to Irony.  Two jets remain.

The Valencite production is more entertaining than playing Count, as it is composed of a series of chemical processing tanks, pumping stations, and tubes.

The coolest part is the final two steps which are done under dry ice, which was the big innovation that allowed them to be mass-produced.. the first production method would have required liquid nitrogen, which while usable, would have slowed things down terribly.

Work begins on the new long-range jet project.  It should be relatively basic, you're mostly installing an improved radar system and working out the glitches with the munitions.  It's not the easiest thing, as several parts of the fuselage need to be redesigned to fit the new electronics, but no major problems are forseen.

Work also begins on furthering your work on explosives.  This project features a lot of words about 'quasi-stable allotropes' and 'spin-stabilized lamellar flow', along with lines about how it'll let them increase the detonation velocity, but the net takeaway is that it should be possible, albeit significantly more expensive.

There's a bit of shuffling to get the Valencite to where it needs to go.

No, they don't regenerate as such.  After you remove the sunglasses, they are just normal sunglasses with nothing special.  Closely examining the eyes and facial area, you still aren't sure where or how they appear, because they aren't being somehow grown or made.  Reviewing the tape footage, they are absent in one frame and present in the next.. even on a high-speed camera.

Also a tank-sized kangaroo is bouncy.

It also doesn't seem particularly well armed.  Or tough.  You just have the world's biggest rabbit at this point, really.

Dr. Unpleasant looked upon his creation and was pleased, until he realized it lacked armour, strength, and some kind of weapon, he couldn't believe he had forgotten the most important parts of his plan he blamed the mysterious sunglasses for this, but in order to fix this problem he needed some inspiration so he dug through his stash until he found the inspiration, then he sat and snorted inspiration until he came up with something!
In order for it to use and carry big weapons it needed big muscles so he'd try to make some of that strength increasing drug form earlier and inject the kangaroo with a bunch of that and see what happened.

If you'd like to create a weapon for your kangaroo to wield, simply say that you want to arm it with something and I'll apply the weapon to it.  Making it stronger and able to carry any weapon (or multiple weapons) of a certain size is possible, but it's not necessary if you simply want an armed kangaroo.  It'll mostly just be a waste of time, unless you are designing a weapon in a seperate lab zone.  In that case you can create a kangaroo with defensive abilities that's difficult to contain, and a powerful weapon that's difficult to contain, and put more work into the total product than you could otherwise.

But if you just want to arm your kangaroo, just say what sort of weapon you want to arm it with, and it'll be able to use it.
