I take it you mean a special activity (thought of as cool-to-do, by women), not just a general activity (for a woman, who is currently considered cool)...

Strictly I'm personally qualified to opine on neither, but can I suggest you also help out the actual cool-knowing women here by indicating if you're looking in the (very, very rough) areas of quilting, or ultramarathons, or game development, or whatever...

Obviously food photography, social medias, and the combinaison of the two.

Else I believe this is not really the appropriate place to ask this kind of question lol. Just sign up on tinder

Ah... You have a distinct third option that I hadn't even considered. "Cool, according to women, for a man to do."

(My first option was more of the form of something for a woman (seeking inspiration) to do, that might be favoured as cool by her peers. If I was indeed totally missing that point, then do colour me naïve. But my excuse was the initial tripping up over the original wording filled my head.)

Historic Re-enactment? Aerial Photography? Bespoke Furniture Restoration?

(I'm still not qualified to offer suggestions.)

Full explanation:

I'm working on a tshirt design based around trading ideas. On one side is a male scuba diver; holding out a handful of "idea" lightbulbs. On the other side is a woman... something, doing the same. I need something fresh, that appeals to most woman, so i can express creativity. I could have a wild looking pop star; but it's a cliche, so it doesn't give much inspiration. I haven't gone for "hang-glider/skateboarder" because adrenaline junkie stuff doesn't trigger women as much as men; but arts and crafts is too low grade. I want to trigger peoples interest.

Honestly, the first thing I thought of when I saw your first post was skateboarding. Eh ... or something like fire-dancing. Or glass-blowing.

Doing sourdough and other such things is considered "approved," or "good" but it's not actually considered "cool" by other women. Ditto for food photography and social media, these things are definitely not considered "cool."

fire-dancing.

This is so close to right. The problem with it is that you have to think for a second whether you want to do that, whereas scuba diving is a automatic "yes".

I don't want to scuba-dive >_> getting the bends sounds sucky.

You may not want to fire-dance but you know that the people doing it are awesomesauce.

EDIT: OK, silk-dancing is also kind of in right now?
