A pigeon lands near the pond to drink.

The trees appear to be... well, you haven't seen this type of tree before, but they seem to bear some kind of nuts. The shell on the nuts seems to be very hard to crack, however. You'd need something to break them with.

There is a sharp piece of rock, possibly flint lying near one of the rocks. You pick it up.
