Ex-cellent. We've got a steady food supply, and the potential for a cloth industry!

Over the next few weeks:
Ernie continues his fishing.
Bernie begins the raising of a proper cabin!
Clyde prepares fish for the drying rack. (Do we have knives among our tools? If not, Clyde will improvise with a bit of flaked stone.)

The temporary shacks are torn down, and a proper wooden cabin is constructed in its place.

A good stock of dried fish is prepared with the help of knives from the tools.

If they have any spare time, scout out the surrounding lands. It doesn’t have to be long, distant journeys, just a peek to see whatever happens to stand out on the horizon.

The forest continues to the north and east. There is a cliff to the south, and a waterfall from there feeds the river. The west is more grassland.

Search out for bugs and other small critters to eat.

Investigate the hill to the south.

Do we have any cloth?

Do we know if any other people are going to join us in settling the area? If we don't know then do we know where the closest settlement is?

Along with our usual food gathering tasks, try to build a storage building/barn to securely store food and or resources.

Let's spend a turn consolidating our fish bounty.

Ernie and Clyde continue catching and gutting fish respectively. Bernie raises a good-sized shed east of the drying rack, for long-term fish storage.

Lets cut down some trees so we have some extra wood.
