Can you make a adventurer appear in legends mode? (Answered)

I've wanted to make an adventurer that takes over the world but I want to start a fort to try and kill them but I want to know if it will appear in legends mode? So just to keep this short I want to know if an adventurer can appear in legends mode?

All player adventurers appear in legends mode, yes.
