As dissent and unrest rises within our culture, we shall weaponize this, and take our grievances to the air to directly demoralize our enemies.

Wow! Very unexpected! The people are confused. They are afraid to air their grievances because they might be purged by the government. The government assures them it definitely will not use grievances as evidence in another purge. Definitely! The public is reassured. Good reassurance! The government sets up places for the public to air their grievances at the enemy. The enemy will be aggrieved! The effect will increase like you expect with discontent as long as discontent is lower than unanimity. When discontent is higher the scaling is much worse. Great work!

The inferior enemy is too strong. The only explanation is that they are parasites. They leech off your greatness and your purity. The solution is isolation. You build a wall. Very great and big! You isolate the internet of your people. You cut off trade. You forbid transit. Very forbidden! It's as effective as you expect. Now your people can enjoy their purity and unity in isolation. Their grievances will still be broadcast outside the walls. The enemy will be very cut off from all aspects of your great society. This will surely reveal their native weakness. Very surely!

Some people want to travel. You tell them that all they need is right here. Some people want to use the internet to connect with other people. You tell them everyone worth connecting with is right here. Some people want to try and integrate others to make them as great as you. You tell them that everyone who deserves to be great is already great and here. Then you give them all loudspeakers and tell them to voice their complaints towards the enemy. Very great! Your unity resource is growing an amount. Your discontent is growing another amount. You are very isolated.
