... The point was, the person who sets the topic ("answer") needs to indicate when the responses ("questions") are right or wrong. So it was supposed to be up to Zultan to indicate "you won" or "try again, here's a clue". Something like this can only work if it works that way. It was up to Zultan to pass the baton before anyone else starts posing questions. So in other words, it was still Zultan's "turn" until he says "yes you got it right".

Where it derailed is that pikachu17 missed two things -

1) King Zultan had not said the response was correct yet, so the actual answer wasn't properly confirmed. Only the person who posed the riddle gets to say whether you gave the right answer, not anyone else. What if someone else says "ok that sounds right, here's a new one!" and the previous player says "hold on, that answer was actually wrong!"

2) The rules in the OP say that the winner of the last round gets to start the next round, not anyone who wants to jump in.
