In the human siege, enemy human soldiers riding horses flee in terror from my dwarf.
As i see, not rider, horses flee whenever they approach my dwarf.
It seems because horse isnt warlike animal.
How i change cowrdly animal to warlike, brave animal??

1. Go to the raws folder and open common_domestic.txt
2. Search "horse"
3. In the HORSE entry, add the line [NATURAL_SKILL:DICSCIPLINE:1]

This will make horses brave, but not brave beyond all reason. It's worth mentioning that horses are very deadly in combat.

You should probably also remove the [BENIGN] tag.

It would also help to know what version of Dwarf Fortress you are playing - some versions are known to have significant bugs in how rider/mount pathfinding works.
