It could be one of the ligaments. Sometimes physical therapy can help.

For instance, with ligaments on the thighs, we have this study

Efficacy of Moist Heat Pack Application Over Static Stretching on Hamstring Flexibility

So, maybe you should try putting your finger somewhere warm and moist and see if there is an improvement of symptoms?

There's two kinds of performance reviews: the one you make they don't read, the one they make whilst they sharpen their daggers
Everyone sucks at everything. Until they don't. Not sucking is a product of time invested.

Spoke to orthopedic surgeon.

Former fracture, limited range of motion and functional ability. Prescribed calcium and occupational therapy. Saw the occupational therapist and she measured everything to do with the figure and how each of the joints bent. Like how far and how painful at what degree, as well as how I could move things from side to side too.

Atrophied ligaments are a thing and they suck. Had another few x-rays. Multiple exercises multiple times per day. More follow up appointments, assessments and evaluations. They used heat packs and ice as well as what felt like an electrical simulator that tingled. Here's hoping it's not soft tissue damage requiring surgeries. So far so good I guess.
