Valter carefully maneuvers his horse through his allies and assumes a protective stance, ready to turn away any blade looking for the scholar or swordfighter's flesh. He also, after a brief moment, patches up Sara's wounds with some of his vulnerary.

”Here, let me help. You're hurt."

Valter moves to [E, 8], uses his Vulnerary on Sara, and Guard+s Edgar and Sara.

This time, the volume of swords, spears and arrows incoming was formidable, enough that she could tell that much even as she shielded herself behind Alwine's bulk. Her next move was weighed and decided before the assault ended. She'd done what she needed to here. Before the enemy could predict her appearing again from behind Alwine, she took off running, trusting someone else to fill the gap and hold the line.

These mages used magic that was familiar to her. Dark magic - power drawn forth with focus and the right gesture of the hand. But imprecise. Faced with an unexpected attack or interruption or sometimes nothing at all, the magic could easily go astray.

This would serve as sufficient interruption.

"Behind you." Too late for a warning, as Ferry drove her dagger into the small of the man's back.

Finally is seems the guys coming up the streets from before made their way close to them. I'm sure this archer is as good as toast but lets make sure these cheeky fellows don't cause any trouble. "Sara right? Let's make sure these goons are stopped in their tracks!"
