Pips Serpent Rigs the Slots while attacking Hobgoblin 2

T'liki dispenses with some venom into hobgoblin 1! (1dmg, +Poison:3, +Sickness:3)

Meanwhile, Pips Serpent rigs the dice again and deals with hobgoblin 2! (3dmg)

Enemies Turn:

hobgoblin 1 tries to return the favor, but his stick bonces off T'liki's carapace!

goblin 5 sucker-punches Marie! (-1dmg)

goblin 6 follows along with his heavy stick, whacking Marie! (-1dmg)

goblin 7 attempts to get rid of spooder, but T'liki says no!

hobgoblin 3 swings his stick at Doomblob, but then realizes it was foolish!

goblin 8 stabs Marie in the gut with a kitchen knife! (-1dmg)

ninjagob 1 tries to slay T'liki with his curved sword, but it's too blunt to pierce the carapace!

And so does Pips Serpent throw his dice in the face of archergobbo 4, exploding them! (-2dmg)

goblin 6 fails at scratching T'liki's carapace!

goblin 7 tries too but T'liki stays strong!

hobgoblin 3 is next to try! Nope! T'liki impervious!

goblin 8, seeing futility of his brethren, plunges a sharp stick at Pips Serpent's head! (-1dmg)

ninjagob 1 slashes at Doomblob, who shrugs off the blow!

hobgoblin 4 tries to punch Marie, but bounces off her barrier! (Energy Barrier: -1HP)

ninjagob 3 attacks Marie from other side! That's no difference for her barrier, though! (Energy Barrier: -1HP)

Turn 5!

Marie's Energy Barrier flashes few times and them fizzles out with a hiss.

The goblins at the battlefield become excited for some reason... then, small tremors come from behind the trees as a hulking silhouette can be seen coming from the the woods. Something big's coming!!
