Bug 0008160 workaround

Recently I lost some dwarves to zombies who climbed through fortifications. Is there a workaround to this? I tried putting two layers of fortifications, but it didn't help.

Add a roof. They don't climb through fortifications, they climb or jump over (or a crazy combination where they jump, cling and climb up).

Very occasionally they'll dodge through, but perhaps that was fixed recently?
