I wish I had all the obj files in the previous video to use for the virtual scaffolding projector in dual universe. Gosh it's so well made.
They have a business email in the About on their YouTube channel, you should ask if they'll share! Best case, they probably used at least some free models to make that and saved the links

Not actually a video nor podcast, closer to interactive plaything with a narrative, but:
The Evolution of Trust

Check out the guy's other work too, it's good stuff. I most strongly remember playing The Wisdom and/or Madness of Crowds and Fireflies (which is about emergence and how simple rules can lead to complex behavior, if my memory serves me right).

This is about the search for a lost DS game. Actually it's about a training game for McDonald's staff in Japan where they partnered with Nintendo, but then wasn't rolled out. I love these kinds of stories about hunting down rare things that shouldn't exist, and there are a couple of great plot twists in here, you'll know when you get to them.

Another similar rarity is SimRefinery. It's SimCity about running an oil refinery, made as a collab between Maxis and oil company Chevron in 1993. This was thought lost until someone wrote an article for Arstechnica as recently as May of this year, this was then shared by a reader with a friend who used to work for Chevron, and they fished out an old 3.5" floppy disk with the game on it that luckily still works, now you can play it online or download it:

And just following that theme, I haven't watched this yet, but it's the first video's guy presenting the quest to save the Domino's Hatsune Miku app. That's the one where you point your phone at a Domino's pizza box logo and a 3D augmented reality Hatsune Miku appears and starts dancing and singing on the box.

I don't normally like talks/seminars, but I think this is pretty fascinating. It's about the methods musicians use to compose on limited 80s hardware; what would be called chiptunes. There's also some coverage on how those methods have analogues outside the realm of chiptunes. (Volume warning: the intro is unreasonably loud compared to the talk itself. Turn down your volume.)

I'm not sure how many times i've rewatched Primitive Technology's videos over the years but they're always so fascinating to me.

The designs are crude by modern standards but they are also so elegant in their simplicity. I 'm afraid we'll never know how well primitive people understood those concepts and whether such knoweledge was commonplace, guarded "trade secrets" or if it's just us recreating modern technology in a low tech enviroment but knowing that these feats of engineering were feasible with nothing but proper use of mud and fire is mindblowing.

Primitive forge blower (or as we would call it today: a centrifugal pump)

A mud house with heated floor

edit: Turn on the captions. The explain what they are doing at the time. There is also a lot of info in the video description.

edit2: It's also interesting to compare how things changed or even stayed the same over the centuries. To give such an example, the Townsends have built an 18th century style log cabin.

So the conclusion I'm getting here is that we use QSPs because dwarves can't pilot submarines.
