What supplies do I have to craft with again?

Should probably change that to thinking, but if we don't even have a basket I need to make that ASAP.

-Woven Basket: Weave strips of bark to create a basket for fruit foraging. Requires a rock shard to craft.

Inquire with roseheart as to whether or not you're going to be "inheriting" the rock shards that the old Crafter already made.

Roseheart? Do I need to make more shards?

Make Rock Shards if I cannot find the old ones. If I do find the Rock Shards, make a Woven Basket using them.

You're the same person. I guess The Crafter and The Adept went into a coma for some reason, now The Crafter (you) woke up with a brand new personality, and only vague memories of what feel like someone else's life if you search for them.

Probably a side-effect of spoiled meat.

Hunger Phase

The comatose newcomer is killed by The Hunter. There was little expressed upset over this decision. The Crafter does not seem emotional either... Whether intensely jarred by the act or not, they never seem like the same person after...
As The Hunter chops up what was once The Adept into manageable pieces, The Tribe is made all the more aware how deadly this trained predator is, if there was any doubt.


All experience mechanics that came from The Adept role have been removed. Due to not being an adult, -1 meat was provided from the body, leaving 5.

The Hunter's Tribesman Hunt now can only be done during the day. You may PM to do this, and post a false action in the thread. The PM must be sent first and can't be canceled. The Hunter can offer me an alibi, and if there are no witnesses the update will read as if it happened that way.

This turn only: The Cook may treat this phase like an Action Phase in addition to a Hunger Phase. Note: The same penalties that apply to cooking spoiled meat will apply to human meat.

Inquire with the crafter about that basket.

Forage for fruit, bringing the Adept if they want to come.  Train them if they do.

So, when I foraged for fruit I found nothing?

Eat 2 human meat from Communal, and put all of my dried food there.

It doesn't matter as much if I get poisoned; we can just eat the fresh food that turn.

That's correct:

[1]-1 (H) The Gatherer is not finding anything on their chosen route that hasn't been picked off by the animals, luckily The Adepts spots something.


Clarifier. Something mentioned before but since the destinction is very important:

spoiled food: 2/3 chance to lose your turn.
poisonous food(like human meat): 1/3 chance to die.


Edit: I am going do a coin flip to see if each indivual piece of human meat is poisonous, since I said human meat 'may' be poisonous---that's 1/2, then if it is a 1/3 of dying.

Put Spoiled Meat in communal, eat 1 dried meat and 1 dried fruit from communal.

You said human meat might be poisonous. Is this batch for sure poisonous?
Also, why is it poisonous in the first place- eating human meat is a long standing tradition in some places and it's usually fine.
