Modding Preferences

Anyone know if it's possible to mod a dorf's preferences? I'd like to have a fortress full of Urist Mc "likes cave wheat flour and rye beer" so I can just stick to farming a couple of types of food and devote the rest of my agriculture to dyes.

I don't think it's possible with vanilla modding, however if you have DFhack then there's at least a couple of scripts included that can be used to change a unit's preferences - namely assign-preferences and modtools/pref-edit.
