One thing I noticed from reading those rulesets is that there were a number of rules that were kept secret until they were “unlocked” during the course of the game.  Thus, the rules stated in those rule sets likely aren’t the entire rules.

I would suggest that you PM one or more players that have previously GMed Gridhood games (especially Supernerd) in order to get the full ruleset.
